2. Which data and why

We only process what's needed to handle your order and contact you: your name, email address, shipping/pick-up details, order and payment details, and (optionally) an uploaded birth announcement for the personalisation. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

3. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We work with processors that help us run the webshop: payment (Mollie), email (Brevo), shipping (Sendcloud and the carriers), and hosting/database (Vercel, Supabase). They only process data on our behalf.

4. Retention period

We keep order data as long as needed for fulfilment and the legal (accounting) retention obligation. An uploaded birth announcement that isn't linked to an order is cleaned up automatically.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Send your request via the contact form. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

6. Cookies & statistics

We only use functional cookies/storage needed to make the site work (e.g. your cart and your session). For visitor statistics we use a cookieless, privacy-friendly measurement (Vercel Analytics) that places no cookies and stores no personal data. If we later add analytics or marketing cookies, we'll ask for your consent first.
