1. Who are we?

This webshop is operated by Wastikikier (Rani Van holder), Sint-Corijnsweg 18, 1731 Zellik, company number BE1035.737.096. You can reach us via our contact form.

2. Application

These terms apply to every order placed through this webshop. By ordering, you accept them. We may amend them; the version in force at the time of your order applies.

3. Products and prices

All products are handmade; small differences in fabric, colour or finish are inherent to handcraft and not a defect. Prices are in euros, excluding shipping costs shown at checkout. Special exemption scheme for small enterprises — VAT not applicable.

4. Order and payment

An order is final after payment. Payment is made securely via Mollie (incl. Bancontact). You receive a confirmation by email. We only start production after receiving payment (and, for a design based on your birth announcement, after your approval). Discount codes are limited to one code per order and cannot be combined with other codes or promotions.

5. Delivery

The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and takes into account production time and the chosen shipping method. These are estimates; small deviations are possible. Shipping is done via the chosen carrier or as pick-up, as indicated.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you in principle have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Important: this right does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. with a name or a design based on your birth announcement). These cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.

For non-personalised, ready-made items that you may withdraw from: let us know within 14 days of receipt via our contact form. Return the unused item in its original condition; return shipping costs are yours unless agreed otherwise. We refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

7. Conformity and complaints

Something wrong with your order? Let us know within a reasonable time and we'll find a solution together. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. You can also submit disputes via the European ODR platform.
